    • All of the beds will be made up for your arrival and there will be a hand, bath and hot tub towel per person.
    • There is a hairdryer in every bedroom

    • There will be a hand soap and a couple of loo rolls in every bathroom

    • Large Fridge/Freezer and overflow fridge
    • Additional wine fridge under the bar
    • Nespresso CitiZ & Milk Coffee Machine by KRUPS coffee machine. Please bring your own capsules, there will be a token amount in the property.

    There will be basic cleaning products including a token amount dishwasher tablets, washing powder and fairy liquid. There will also be a few dish cloths, sponge scourers and tea towels.

  • Check In/Out Times

    • Check in is 4pm onwards unless you have made alternative arrangements with Grand GetTogethers.
    • Check out is 10am prompt EXCEPT on a Sunday when departure is any time before 5pm.

  • How do we use the swim spas and hot tubs safely?

    There are safety guidelines and a disclaimer on my website that you agreed to when placing your reservation, this information will also be available in the property. Please follow the guidelines! Someone will test the hot tubs on a daily basis.

  • What is there in the village of Ganton?

    There is a pub in Ganton less than 1 mile from Bogg Hall Barn. Trotters farm shop and butchers is located 2 miles away in Potter Brompton and Sally Middlewoods Bakery and Tea Rooms is only half a mile out of Ganton.

  • Are the facilities at each property private?

    Each property has its own private facilities including hot tubs, games rooms and gardens so you will not have to share your holiday with anyone else.

  • What are the local taxi firms?

  • How many car parking spaces are there?

    There is plenty of space to park at least 8-10 cars.

  • Is the barbecue gas or charcoal?

    The barbecue is gas and there will be a gas bottle provided. There is also a wood-fired fire pit.

  • Can we order a food delivery?

    Yes, you can order online food delivery. Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco all deliver regularly. The address is

  • Do any takeaways deliver to the properties?

    There will be a few menus in the property on the welcome tablet. RJs fish and chip shop is in Sherburn village only 4 miles away.
